Your project information stays connected to your order.
This notice explains the information used by J & J Sportswear’s website and client portal. Please submit only what is needed to design, size, approve, invoice, and deliver your order.
How information is used
Information is used to communicate about the project, create and revise designs, confirm sizes and personalization, record approval, connect the project to its invoice, produce the order, and provide delivery updates.
Client portal access
Each project uses a unique access code. Clients should keep that code private and share it only with people authorized to review the project. J & J Sportswear uses a separate owner workspace to manage orders.
Athlete information
Submit only the athlete information required for the order. Do not include medical, financial, government-identification, or other sensitive personal information in names, notes, spreadsheets, or uploads.
Files and service providers
Project files may be stored with website, file-storage, email, shipping, and payment service providers used to operate the business. QuickBooks payment links open on QuickBooks; J & J Sportswear does not collect card details through this website.
Retention and corrections
Project records are kept as reasonably needed to complete orders, maintain approval and transaction records, resolve questions, and meet business obligations. Contact us to request a correction or ask whether information can be deleted.
